Once we've determined what will create the most impact for our clients, we design the event from the ground up. We start with building a menu specific to each individual function. Next we select a wine or collection of wines that compliment both the cuisine and the atmosphere. Then we go about fine-tuning the dining room to best suit the evening's plans –whether that might be preparing audio-visual equipment, or simply reconfiguring our tables to the perfect arrangement for quiet conversation, our diligence does not stop.
